Holiday house Luma is located in the very center of Sukošan, only 10 meters away from the sea and the new promenade. The house has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate a maximum of 7 people in total. The large sofa in the living room can serve as an extra bed, and a baby cot is also available. On a total of 150 square meters of living space, distributed over two floors, there are also two bathrooms, a large living room, a dining room and a kitchen. The room on the top floor offers a fascinating view of the sea.

The exterior of the house consists of an outdoor terrace with a barbecue. There are 2 parking spaces and a large terrace accessible from the living room or the room on the ground floor. The yard is completely fenced and therefore safe for smaller children.

All rooms in the house are air-conditioned, and there are also a washing machine and wireless internet at your disposal.
