Sukošan Renting is a travel agency fully dedicated to the success of renters and the satisfaction of guests. Renting as such is not science fiction, but it is a very stressful and hectic job that more and more renters want to avoid. This is where we start to operate. ?
The apartment and villa management service includes the bulk of services that comprise the rental. Theoretically, you have a villa/apartment, and during the summer you can be in Zagreb or at the beach. We are present, we do all the work for you.
We adapt to your wishes and needs, and it is not a problem for us to constantly communicate with guests during their stay.
What does the service consist of?
- Placing an ad for an apartment or holiday home
- Professional photography of the villa or apartment (optional)
- Responding to guest inquiries
- Confirming reservations and updating the calendar
- Welcoming guests and offering additional services and content
- Collection of reservations and deposits
- Villa/apartment cleaning
- Landscaping and mowing the grass
- Pool cleaning
- Inspection of the house and check out (return of the deposit if everything is in order)

Contact us in time, a couple of months before the beginning of the tourist season. After your inquiry, we go out into the field, inspect the house/apartment, make an offer and leave. Don't worry, you don't have to leave all the services on the list to us, we are also available for individual services, depending on your needs.
